Warriors Giveaway – 25.06.23

1. To be eligible to enter, entrants must follow Mazda New Zealand on Facebook and must tag a friend in the comments to be in to win. Competition is open to New Zealand residents only.

2. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to Mazda NZ and not to Facebook.

3. Employees of Mazda NZ, their agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

4. All entries must be made via the post, dated 25 June 2023.

5. No responsibility is taken by Mazda NZ for late, lost, or misdirected entries. The judges' decision in relation to any aspect of the promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. All entries must be received before 1:00pm, Wednesday 28 June 2023. All entries after 1:00pm, Wednesday 28 June 2023 will be void.

7. The draw will take place on Wednesday 28 June 2023. The prize winners will be commented on the original Facebook post, dated 25 June 2023.

8. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond to the notification on or before 29 June 2023, the prize will be declared null and void at the discretion of Mazda.

9. Mazda NZ reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions of Entry.

10. There is one prize to be won. The nominated prize winner will receive 1x Double Pass to the Warriors game on 30 June 2023 at Go Media Stadium, Auckland. This prize does not include transport or accommodation.

11. Mazda NZ and any other agencies associated with this promotion will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is sustained (directly or indirectly) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained by any entrant or prize winners in connection with this competition or any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

12. The prize cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. In the event a winner is unable to take the prize at the time stipulated, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and no cash will be awarded in lieu of the prize.

13. Entries will become the property of the promoter. By entering, you agree that your details may be used for database purposes. You may receive promotional information from Mazda NZ from time to time and may unsubscribe at any time.
